Tomosankaku is a popular part of the meat, characterized by its lean meat with marbling, which gives the meat a particularly delicious flavor.
Kamenoko, a part with more lean meat and less fat, has a refreshing flavor and firm bite. You can eat as many pieces as you like!

3 kinds of fresh sushi directly from the market (toro, unotan, salmon roe)

We purchase our fish from Yamaji, a middle wholesaler in Toyosu that also supplies high-end sushi restaurants in Ginza.

Toro, salmon roe, and sea urchin are as authentic and delicious as at a sushi restaurant.
